When you submit a form on this site or request a callback, we collect what you give us — typically your name, phone number, email address if provided, the parcel number and county, and whatever you tell us about the land. We also receive the standard technical information any website receives, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you viewed.
To respond to your enquiry, research the parcel, prepare and deliver an offer, and communicate with you about it. That's the purpose; we don't collect information for any other reason.
Researching a parcel means consulting public records — county assessor and recorder data, plat maps, tax status, and similar. Those records are maintained by government agencies and are public regardless of anything you send us.
Calls to (844) 415-6849 may be answered by Alex, an automated virtual assistant, and may be recorded, transcribed, or summarised so we can follow up accurately. If you'd prefer not to speak with an automated assistant, say so and we'll connect you with a person. If you'd prefer not to be recorded, tell us and we'll note it.
Only with the service providers we use to operate — hosting, phone, and email — and, if a transaction proceeds, with the title company, closing attorney, or other parties needed to complete the sale. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to keep records of any transaction, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
