Land We Buy

Platted subdivision lots, infill lots in town, former home sites.

Wooded, pasture, timber, hunting and desert parcels, from an acre to large holdings.

Including former agricultural land no longer being worked.

No legal access, or access nobody ever recorded.

Wetlands, floodplain, steep slope, failed perc, no utilities, restrictive zoning.

Back property taxes, HOA arrears and assessments, liens, old mortgages.

Including parcels held by several heirs, or where the chain of title was never cleaned up.

Scattered holdings across one or several counties, often from an old package purchase. Send them all.

We'd rather tell you now than after three calls:

Houses and other residential buildings. Vacant land only — if there's a habitable house on it, we're not your buyer.
Commercial, industrial, and warehouse buildings. Different business entirely.
Mobile or manufactured homes on leased lots, where you don't own the ground.
Timeshares and fractional-interest resort products. These are not real land ownership in the sense we buy, and we can't help with them.
Land you don't own or have authority to sell. Sort that out with an attorney first, then call us.
Prime, well-located land in a hot market that you can comfortably hold. List it — you'll do better, and we'll say so on the phone.
